Liz is based in Northern Illinois (Waukegan, Gurnee, Buffalo Grove, Lake Villa, Zion, Libertyville, Wadsworth, Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha), and via Skype/Google Hangout. She teaches DDP Yoga in one-on-one sessions, to groups, and is available to teach classes in gyms or other fitness facilities.

Liz is the first ever female certified DDP Yoga instructor. Liz discovered DDP Yoga after years of chronic knee pain, weight gain and failed attempts at weight loss with dozens of popular home exercise systems. Following in the footsteps of 1000s of people before her, she learned how own her life, lost almost 50 lbs in under 8 months, and rehabbed her knees well enough to run a half-marathon in under 6 months.
