DDP Yoga fixed her knees, and helped her to lose weight and develop a strong, healthy body. Since then, she started this blog to inspire others who can benefit from DDP Yoga in the same way, and became the first female Level 1 Certified DDP Yoga instructor to bring DDP Yoga directly to people who need it. To help those who can’t afford DVDs or classes, Liz established the Hardship Fund which has brought the teamDDP community together to do what we do best: giving help to those who need it most
